There’s exciting news from GMCVB’s Web Development and Interactive Marketing Team. A new website, http://411.MiamiAndBeaches.com, has been developed to encourage and facilitate a “social networking” vehicle for visitors as well as for our local residents and business community. In addition to its URL, the new web site is accessible via a six-second Flash blaster displayed when logging on to our main website, www.MiamiAndBeaches.com. This exciting new interactive initiative allows users to share their experiences, opinions and knowledge of Greater Miami and the Beaches. The virtual community web site will feature consumer travel reviews, ratings, blogs and forums specific to our locale, with all of its unique offerings. We encourage active and engaging forum participation from GMCVB Staff, GMCVB Members, Travel Agents, Meeting Planners, Tourists and our Local Residents and Business Community. In addition, a promotional media campaign will be launching later this month with an estimated reach of 7.2 million Consumer Impressions.
